The My Orange app offers a variety of convenient features for managing your Orange subscription. With this app, you have the ability to:

• Add cards to your subscription for household members directly from the app
• Test network coverage and speed of your internet connection

In addition, the app allows you to:

• Monitor your consumption closely
• Consult and modify your tariff plan
• Review the details of your last 6 invoices
• Manage payment preferences
• Pay invoices via a banking app or card reader
• Reload prepaid cards
• Switch from prepaid to a subscription easily
• Activate, adapt, or deactivate options
• Manage tariff plans and options for household members on your invoice
• Access benefits and accept gifts through the Orange Thank You loyalty program
• Add Internet or TV offers to your subscription
• Purchase smartphones at discounted prices by combining subscription + device
• Locate the nearest Orange shop
• Access FAQs, web forms, and useful contact numbers for assistance

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Surf volume concerns:
  The use of the app itself is free in Belgium and abroad. However, third-party applications, such as GPS for locating Orange shops and payment or reloading through a banking app, are charged as surfing volume.

• Use via mobile network or Wi-Fi:
  The My Orange app can be accessed via mobile network or Wi-Fi. Connecting through our 3G/4G network gives you immediate and automatic access. Please note that automatic recognition requires the absence of VPN or outdated proxy settings. If prompted to enter your mobile phone number even when using the Orange mobile network, you must remove the proxy from your device's internet settings.
